Very attentive owner. Small space, but perfectly conditioned. New and very clean. Parking in the garden of the building itself.

All was fine. Air conditioning was coming.

Communication with Iliyana was exemplary throughout. Very kind and positive. Late checkout upon request was possible. The apartment is really cozy and arranged with so much love and eye for detail, it really felt like a home. Bathroom is very modern and equipped with toiletries, if you need them. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a Nespresso, machines are only German name brands. Restaurants and shops are 10 minutes away on foot. We fully recommend to stay here and enjoy Iliyana's hospitality! Will come back soon.

There is a private and protected/CCTV'd parking spot, but I imagine getting in can be a challenge for untrained or insecure drivers ;-) Iliyana will happily assist you with the backing up procedure!

Great apartment in a charming small university town surrounded by greenery. The location is perfect, as it is close to restaurants and the city center. The accommodation was delightful, and kudos to the hosts for their hospitality. I highly recommend it for your stay when traveling to Greece via Bulgaria or even for an extended stay in Blagoevgrad.

I had the pleasure of discovering a very nicely arranged, clean and well-organized apartment as well as a very welcoming host. Although we arrived very late, he greeted us with a genuine smile. No one bothered us, we rested very well.

The apartment is very beautiful, furnished in a boutique-style and is impeccably clean. It is also conveniently located next to the Varosha Ethnographic Complex and near the city center. The host a very kind lady, attentive to the details and really hospitable. This is one of the best accommodations we have stayed in!
