proximity of activity, quiet, easy to access

the fact that there’s no dishwasher, dishes were still dirty and the extra sheets had nog been washed, still in the machine. we had to use sleeping bags we gad brought

The property is located in a nice neighbourhood that is just a 15mins drive from Quebec City and a 15mins walk to Montmorency Falls. There is also a big, well-stocked supermarket conveniently located nearby. The apartment is big and clean (as shown in the photos) with the kitchen well-equipped with most of the essentials to whip up a good meal.

The room was advertised as "lake view" but one really could not see any lake at all from the room.
