Gute und zentrale Lage …. Sowohl zum Strand als auch zum Ort / Lokalitäten. Die 1-Raum-Wohnung ist gut geschnittenen, das Bad und der Balkon groß. Insgesamt eine gute Wohnung.

Die Tiefgarage und Stellplatz sind sehr eng. Mit einem normalen Auto ist es schon sportlich.
