Very helpful and kind lady that gave us info and had the primary contact with us. The pool was nice, but not pleased with the renting of sunbeds that normally are included when renting this kind of apartment.

To little of everything in the kitchen; like cutlery/plates etc etc for a family of 4. Hard singlebeds with very old beddings/sheets & stained towels. Improving theese little things would make the over all experience better / fresh look

Nice spacious apartment & some bits have been modernized like the bathroom & nice bedroom furniture with plenty of storage including built in wardrobes and the mattress' were comfortable. It has 2 good sized patios with decent furniture (only on the first floor patio). The apartment was clean. Communal areas are good including the swimming pool that has had a major refurb in-which looks really nice now. Don't be put off with the negative comments, it is still a decent apartment that surely can be easily rectified & is still worth staying at for the price.

Needed more drinking glasses especially bigger ones & also a couple more cups maybe would have been ideal, also there was no kettle so I had to buy one, scissors were terrible so again had to buy, pillows are a bit uncomfortable as someone must've washed them, no air con in bedrooms it was way too hot for me so had to sleep in Lounge with the air con & the fan is dangerous with just a tie wrap keeping it together, the fridge went off at one point and stuff wasn't cold for some reason, even though a TV but nothing was on it & I didn't want to risk having my account details logged in on the TV & last thing the pulley for shutter wasn't working on left hand side. Oven/microwave didn't do our pizzas very well in middle underneath, should've had proper oven. One of the towels had a strange stain on it & only one key fob & main keys for the apartment as it made it awkward at times when we needed to go somewhere by ourselves.

The location is good, which is why we chose it - we are familiar with the area. The cleaner who let us in was very helpful.

1. The main attraction was access to the pool and this was marketed prominently in the property details. In fact the pool was shut and we received no feedback as to when it might open. We regard this a mis-sale/false marketing of the property as we would not have chosen it if there was no pool. 2. Bedding - there were no duvet covers and the pillows were rock hard. 3. Kitchen - chipped crockery, broken kitchen knife; no kettle (kettle was included in the property description), and the fridge was switched off when we arrived at the property. 4. Bathroom - there is obviously a small tank that is not sufficient for renting a flat to up to four people. The hot water ran out after one washing up session and one shower. Other guests had to wait until it warmed up again. We don't expect shower gel and shampoo to be provided but would have expected some hand soap to be provided.

On the same complex where my family live so we know the area well and the location is perfect for us. Local buses into Torrevieja just €1.55 outside the DNA Monse hotel. Jessie's bar is lovely and welcoming with cheap food and the pool bar us handy for a swim in the complex pool for drinks or food too. Lovely apartment, love it and Rosi is lovejy. Have now stayed a few times and will stay in it again. Free WiFi too.

TV no English channels but got English radio on it so it was fine

Very close to my family home so very convenient for us to stay and be near them. Easy local transport in area we know very well. Jillys Bar nearby excellent for food.

Ideal location very close to my family who live on the same complex. Smashing apartment.

Nothing to dislike just wish we had been able to stay for longer.
