The apartment corresponds to the description given and looks like in the photo. Bright and sunny apartment. There are necessary kitchen and bathroom trinkets. Developed and convenient infrastructure next to housing. The host is very friendly and communicative. You will not be left alone with your problem, everything will be solved quickly. We recommend adding some amenities for long-term guests and improving housekeeping. But, in general, we are satisfied with our stay and can recommend these apartments. The location is really convenient. Many supermarkets, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. It is already much longer to go to the beach. The very beautiful Park of Nations is located nearby. There is a swimming pool on the upper floor and it would be very convenient if there were sunbeds there. Maybe they are taken out in summer. During our stay, it was already warm enough to sunbathe on the roof. But there was nothing for us to just sit on. The Internet is very good and stable. It was very important for us because of work. Only once there was an accident and the Internet disappeared. I wrote about it to the owner of the apartment and the issue was resolved within 30 minutes. Repairmen came and fixed everything. We are also very grateful to the host for the opportunity to check in a little earlier and check out later than the indicated time.

We rented an apartment for a whole month. At the same time, there were no changeable bed linen and only two additional towels in the apartment. It's good that we had our own. The hair dryer is very weak, it turns off during operation and it is not very convenient to dry long hair. The downstairs neighbor is an incredibly noisy person. He often had noisy guests and parties until late. He smoked straight from the window, and the smoke went up into our apartment. And, yes, the soundproofing of the windows is very bad. All the street noise could be heard as if the windows were open.

Bed was broken and fixed with some cabinet door under the mattress cannot be used for sleeping. One of 3 conditioners was broken. To get in to building you needed to wiggle key for 15 minutes...

All fully furnished with air con in every room, kitchen facilities very clean and tidy

I loved the independence of an apartment but missed having a balcony. I would definitely return. Building nice, neighbours were friendly and pool an added bonus.
