Paljon astioita, aterimia, pyyhkeitä ja kaunis sisustus. Kaksi isoa terassia maantasossa, joten koko päivän löytyi aurinkoa. Lähellä ravintoloita ja supermarketteja. Kätevä ja turvallinen pysäköinti parkkihallissa. Myös ilmainen katupysäköinti asunnon edessä. Huom! Oikea osoite Calle Rueda 117 as 119, Torrevieja Viestintä sujuvaa omistajan ja huoltohenkilönnan kanssa, sekä asuntyhtiön "presidentin" kanssa. Voisin mennä uudestaan tänne.

Asunto oli hieman kulunut alkuperäisistä kuvista, mutta kaikki pienet huomautukset korjattiin heti mm. uudet aurinkotuolien pehmusteet tuotiin samana päivänä. Meille ei kerrottu luvatusti kaikista asuntoon ja ympäristöön liittyvistä asioista, mutta kaikki selvisi kysymällä, sillä avaimet noudettiin boksista talon edestä. Tiedoksi, että taloyhtiön sauna, gym ja spa ovat hieman kauempana ja elektroniset ovet lukittuvat klo 20 ja sen jälkeen on haasteellista päästä sieltä ulos. HUOM!Tämä osasto on kokonaan suljettu kesäkuukausina.
