Burlington Mansions - Stunning Coastal Apartment

It was like home from home. Everything thought of at the property… I brought my own home essentials but everything you needed was there for us. The apartment is in gorgeous old building with high ceilings and huge windows… it was beautiful and hopefully we will be back. Location is great especially for the beach which is a short walk to, we continued to walk along the sea front into the town centre where there was everything you needed. We had a lovely stay here to see in the New Year and a bit of site seeing of Bournemouth via hired Beryl bikes. Thank you Andy ☺️

Nothing really is to dislike as everything was perfect. A bigger TV would be a bonus in the apartment as the one there is far too small for the size of the room. Maybe an oversight but a spare toilet roll would have been handy 🤦‍♀️ 2 towels each would have been good as I had to wash my hair but only had 1 towel to dry both body and hair.

The property was immaculate, the little touches of Christmas decorations just made it that little more special. Kitchen is well equipped and has all those little extras like sauces, jams, coffee and tea.

The shower was cold/luke warm due to the control being so stiff to change the temperature

The extra little condiments were really cute and came in very handy as were the cereals. Great little 'grand' hideaway snug. Amazing book selection. Great location with plenty of things to do in a 10-25 minute walk. Plenty of wardrobe space. Some really handy little bits and pieces to make the stay easy and memorable. Beach is literally an easy walk down a hill with a great long route to walk along etc.

The interior of the actual apartment block wasnt anywhere near as good as the actual apartment its self & was looking a bit tired. But that could just be because the apartment was super beautiful in contrast. People above were pretty loud some of the time, heavy foot steps back & fourth at times which disturbed the general tranquility enough to be noticeable, if brief. And only thing that didnt stand out was a little book with some local restaurants in and maybe a little blurb from the hosts on them with walking times as there were a few very locally. Was a road view but was actually pleasant enough and the interior of the apartment more than made up for this, as well as location to the sea front & beach

High end fittings and really well kitted out, plus the bonus off coffee, jams and so on. Brilliant location . Spacious. I would go again

Bright airy rooms. Plenty of wardrobe space. Shower was exceptional

Wi Fi was not working on arrival, no power to the router as switch had tripped within the fuse box. Bathroom fan ran all night on the first night. Couldn't get main TV channels live on TV other than BBC via i player
