Burlington Mansions - Stunning Coastal Apartment

Good location with Boscombe pier a 5 minute walk away. Town centre a short taxi ride, taxis a good price and very regular.

One hand towel for two people seemed penny pinching.

No breakfast,but we knew that when we booked there was coffee, tea bags and small jars of jam marmalade and sauce,every thing that we required! The location was very good quiet in a very grand building with a dedicated parking space and very easy to travel around by car or a bus stop just on the corner

Only one toilet roll for a four night stay maybe just an oversight but only a small problem!

This was our second visit within a 12-month period. The apartment has everything you could wish for and is spotlessly clean. Also, in an ideal location, a short walk to the beach and local to shops bars restaurants. car parking space provided. Well done, Andy, we will be back :)

size of the bed sorry we are used to a larger bed.

The apartment was modern and stylish and looked very nice. The bed and newish Eve mattress were comfortable. The kitchen was quite well equipped but I had to clean the grill pan before using it - it hadn't been cleaned for some time. I mislaid the entry code, phoned the owner and got an instant result which was really helpful. Having a designated parking place in easy view of the apartment was excellent.

The maintenance company who oversee the whole building need to overhaul their drains because the smell came in at the window and to take better regular care of the entrance and lift because that affects the look and the value of the property and individual apartments. But we were out all day so perhaps it didn't matter.

Flat is light, spacious and well-equipped. Loads of hot water etc. very comfy bed in a well-maintained building.

Nothing.

The communication was excellent from booking to completion of holiday . The apartment was spotless , comfortable and in an ideal location.

An instruction guide would be useful as it was an induction hob / oven , and was alien to us. But other than that it was great

The location was perfect for both the town and seafront. Decor lovely. The bag of ice in the freezer was a bonus. In general can’t fault it would definitely stay again

The shower flooded on the first night due to plug being blocked by hair that we had to pull out which wasn’t pleasant . The towels provided were very small.

Stylishl furnishings throughout property. Clean and well located.
