- The minimum age required for the lead guest is 21. - Infants will be counted as guest. - Strictly no stag or hen parties. - Strictly NO smoking inside the property (A penalty of £150.00 if signs of smoking have been found). - If the property has been found to be in need of a deep clean after the guests departure, the guest in question agrees to pay £100.00 to cover labor and additional cleaning. - All guests agree to sign into our property via our external check-in form. Failure to check-in or check-in correctly will mean your stay will be canceled and you will not be allowed access into the property. - We please ask all guests to respect our neighbors. Quiet hours operate from 11 pm to 8 am. - Additional linen for sofa bed arrangements incurs a one-time fee of £20, which can be ordered through the guest app. -Additional linen for sofa bed arrangements incurs a one-time fee of £20. Please contact customer service 48 hours prior to check-in, and we will provide instructions on how to order it. Disclaimer: ALL unauthorized early check-in's or late check-out's will carry a penalty fee of £50 per additional hour overstayed. A late check-out could also incur a relocation and/or cancelation fee chargeable to you, the guest, should Grandeur Property Management Limited lead to a loss of income due to interruptions to a future booking.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
