The owner/manager is absolutely wonderful. Super helpful, fully available during our stay, a lovely man. The apartment is delightful - a historic property renovated to a high standard and furnished with taste. Everything was very clean and the wifi was great. The location is perfect for everything you would want to do in Valladolid.

Sadly, the apartment is on the noisy side. During our stay there was a family with kids staying in the apartment above us, they were very loud and we could hear absolutely everything. I like to sleep with open windows for fresh air, but that could not be done because of the noise and the cigarette smoke from the restaurant below (a very tasty place that I would definitely recommend for food though). If you are planning on going out, enjoying Valladolid and going to bed on the later side, none of this will be a problem. For us unfortunately it was because we had to go to bed early.

Everything was good, also apartment is comfortable location, but very bad is damage Deposit 300€, becouse this information not is before.

There are two flats above a cafe/bar. The first floor flat is spacious and comfortable with two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The bar downstairs was not noisy and did not cause us any problems. The flat is very well located just a few steps from the main square on a quiet mainly pedestrian small street.

The courtyard for the bar is directly under the bedroom window.

Very easy check in with Francisco meeting us at the property. Awesome location. Perfect for a stay in Valladolid.
