Location

There were some confusions with both check-in processes (need for id/passport, should have been at once when you check-in), changing apartment during stay because of prior incidents (how /when to leave key should be mentioned early, not so you had to return during the day to leave the key).

Excelent attitude, great communication. When we left, we were allowed to keep our luggage in premises, so we have saved journey to left-luggage office. Vera was really good host.
