Luxury center apartments in Grand Karavel

The flat is located on a perfect location, everything in a walking distance, 24/7 fitness, secure entrance, great neighbors in the building (had the chance to meet some) and the underground parking is a wonderful solution for the parking. The hosts are really friendly, everything happens smooth and without any bother. The flat is well maintained and clean, absolutely meeting my expectations. It has all the needed appliances, and a big table which I used as a desk for work. Really perfect!

The only point that I am concerned is my invoice. I know I need to wait 5 business days for it (not expired yet), so I am still expecting it.

Our stay at the apartment was fantastic! It was cozy, clean, and well-maintained, making us feel right at home. The location is perfect, with everything you need close by—shops, restaurants, and attractions all within easy reach. Dina, the host, was incredibly helpful and polite, making sure we had everything we needed. It’s an ideal place to stay with family, and we’ll definitely be coming back again

The host: the instructions the host provided were short and precise. This made getting into the property and using the parking space available as easy and quick as possible. Moreover, the host met an extra request we made even though it did not depend on her. This made our stay more enjoyable. The best host you could ask for. The apartment: The apartment is simply spacious, clean, new, clean. Staying in this apartment made us rest very quickly and have energy to enjoy our stay in Varna.

Location

We stayed at apartment nr. 57. 2 adults, 1 child (3yo). The apartment was not clean, moldy bathroom (we cleaned it by ourselves with desinfection), moldy washing machine (we did not use it at all), dust under the bed, dust under the sofa, dust in wardrobes, dirty cutlery, glasses, dishwasher not working properly. The communication with the owner concerning the cleanliness of the apartment was unfortunately poor, no excuses, no words of being sorry, no effort to solve the problem, no effort to understand, no effort to stay kind to the client. Very bad experience.

Location and building

The apartment was lovely, it was big enough for 3 people. The location is perfect and is close to both centre and beach.
