The location is perfect and there is a parking spot for car (hard to find in the center). The apartment is alright.

The noise from the street outside is awful and it’s hard to sleep in the main bedroom. In the small bedroom is better.

The place is beautifully designed, comfortable & generally very nice with all amenities. Contact is available if needed but no one bothers you. Area is well located for everything & they've made a big effort to make it nice inside; clean & lovely furnishings. The sofas, TV & balconies are perfect for relaxing & all cooking facilities are provided.

It's not the owners fault but the road outside the main bedroom can be extremely noisy at night from motorbikes mainly & this is a minus. I could see they've done their best with the bathroom but it needs a few tweaks to the shower curtains & general layout. It's a bit awkward for bigger people like me.

Let me start with the fact that these apartments have one of the few owners who immediately after booking give detailed check-in instructions, this saves you from nerves and questions on the road and upon arrival, they were pleasant and always in touch. The apartment itself has an original renovation, there are some aspects of comfort and warmth, but considering that this is an old building, I think this is the maximum possible. You will appreciate having your own parking space, because this is the center of the city and this is a salvation. Great location for walking around the city center and along the sea I wholeheartedly recommend this place♥️

The bathroom is a bit smelly, but it’s expected given the age of the building

inside of Microwave wasn't clean; some food splatters (pasta sauce?) on walls in kitchen; 4th floor location of flat (no elevator) took some time to get used to; instruction manual for use of single room a/c's, correct use of (Bulgarian*-) toilet / location of garbage containers outside would be helpful; further: multi-language folder with location of restaurants, shops, post office, medical services, things to do, et cetera would have been nice... * Bulgarian style toilet = don't flush your toilet paper, put it in waste container instead & empty daily
