Tudo muito organizado e limpinho, sem contar na localização que é ótima, próximo a supermercados, restaurantes, padarias, farmácias e os dois shoppings (Vila Velha e praia da Costa), bairro silencioso e bastante tranquilo, da pra andar a pé pra conhecer bem o local.

Espaço acolhedor, muito bem organizado e limpo. Tinha cafeteira, microondas e um fogão de indução que me surpreendeu pela excelência e agilidade em fazer comida. O apartamento é excelente para famílias de 4 pessoas como a minha. Os vizinhos são de uma educação singular e o anfitrião, Sr Carlito, sempre disposto em me ajudar com as dúvidas que tive. Foi um gentleman. Excelente localização, perto de farmácias, restaurantes, supermercados e da praia de Itapuã que é fantástica e incrível. Recomendo e iria novamente.
