Relax, descanso y una experiencia inolvidable

The inclusion of the washing machine is great and the little bits like salt/oil/tea/sugar etc, pots/utensils, cleaning products etc. are helpful. The host provided us with a guide and was on hand to answer questions. He also provided blankets for us the day after requesting them. The view from the window/balcony is lovely on a clear day.

My review is influenced heavily by the fact that I paid nearly 550EUR for 7 night stay, and that I cancelled a much cheaper (350) comparable booking to stay in this apartment which is was rated "exceptional" - however I cannot agree with this rating and am quite surprised! because the level of comfort I experienced was not at all "exceptional" and in fact quite basic. Maybe other guests got a much better deal than me. I think 300EUR for the week would have been more appropriate. Or maybe I have been exceptionally lucky in my other vacation bookings to the Canary Islands, I do not know. But I expected more for this stay. In short, the apartment is very basic and dated. The hot water lasts barely 10 minutes for a shower! The beds and pillows were not comfortable, and the noise from children and TVs next door was very audible. The pool is not even temperature regulated! Wifi was very choppy also. No beach towels provided for us. You need a car to access and a torch at night to walk from the parking safely. The only "exceptional" is the view, everything else is just fine. Sorry but this is my honest opinion.

Spent 12 nights in the apartment. Wonderful views, peaceful location, clean. Very well equipped kitchen, big fridge/freezer. Comfortable beds. We had all we needed for our stay. Great communication with the host who was very helpful and available, shared great instructions which allowed us you get to the apartment seamlessly in the evening, we had also received plenty of information about the surroundings - local attractions, restaurants etc.

Bardzo sprawna obsluga. Zawsze bylismy w kontakcie z opiekunem gdy czegos potrzebowalimy. Bardzo mili i serdeczni ludzie. Udogodnienia na najwyzszym poziomie. A widok... zapierajacy dech w piersiach. Jednym zdaniem: magiczny pobyt. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, a dojazd do posesji rowniez bardzo prosty. Bardzo duzo miejsca na zaparkowanie samochodu. Dobre miejsce na wedrowki do plazy i miasta.

La vue sur la mer est magnifique, et la fenêtre de l’appartement offre un panorama vraiment splendide. L’appartement est très propre, confortable et agréable. Le concierge est très gentil, bienveillant et toujours à l’écoute. Il a réponse à toutes tes questions et donne d’excellents conseils, que ce soit pour les restaurants, les visites ou d’autres renseignements. L’appartement est bien équipé, avec notamment une machine à laver, ce qui est très pratique. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Wonderful general location and view from apartment and balcony. Host representative very friendly and helpful.

Rough parking. Only a small bath towel and hand towel each for two weeks. Single pillow each and no extra blankets either. Not sufficient hot water. Wi-fi unusable every evening. Was necessary to use personal roaming allowances. Building generally seemed to be in a poor state of maintenance with alarming cracks in structures. Very thin walls and neighbour noise clearly heard. The most distasteful aspect was coercive messages requesting a 10/10 rating when this was clearly not justifiable.

Das war nun schon unser 7. , oder 8. Aufenthalt in einem dieser Apartments. Und wir werden wieder kommen. Die Apartments sind super ausgestattet. Der Ausblick auf das Meer und den Sonnenaufgang sind wunderschön. Könnten wir mehr als 10 Punkte geben, würden wir es auf jeden Fall machen.

Besonders beeindruckend ist die Lage des Apartments. Der Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer und die Küste ist sensationell. Es gibt in der Nähe zwei sehr schöne Strände, die zu Fuß schnell erreichbar sind und tolle Bademöglichkeiten bieten. Sehr guter Support von Seiten der Vermieter, einschließlicher guter Restaurant-Tips.
