Really great location

Great facilities and close to everything

I could find not one fault with this holiday flat. It was so clean, the cleanest place we've stayed. So nice to get a welcome hamper. Loved the dressing gowns. The flat was much larger than I expected. Just a short walk over the road to the beach and 5min to the shops. We left the car in the tesco car park for the week by paying on the YOURPARKINGSPACE app because it can be difficult to get parked nearby. Tesco is a 10min walk and you can come and go as you please with the car.

Nothing, it was perfect.

Host was lovely and made sure we had everthing we needed even the welcome hamper was very nice, great start when arriving from a long journey, apartment was very clean and very spacious, my children was very comfortable in there. Would deffo stay again

The location was fantastic, just across the road from the beach and with parking included. The hosts were very friendly and went the extra mile by providing fresh bread, milk, cereal, jam, tea and coffee and butter on arrival. The flat had extras like towels provided and a coffee machine with pods. The flat was spotless with comfy beds and a nice hidden light to guide the kids to the bathroom at night and Netflix on the TV for a late night movie. There is a nice area to sit out the front and watch the world go by. It is in walking distance to a large Tesco for any essentials and 2 minutes away from a chip shop and restaurant. The harbour is a few minutes walk away and the arcades only 10 minutes. The location is central enough that everything is close by but not near any pubs or loud places that your peace is disturbed by rowdy people walking past.

If we are being super picky then a power shower would have been a bonus but the walk in shower was lovely.

We arrived very late from London, but the host still met us at the property to had over the keys and make sure we were settled in nicely and all information about the property handed over. The rooms were nice and big enough for 2 adults in a double room and 3 children in a bunk bed and double bed room. Having two toilets was a bonus with 3 kids. Free Parking and easy walking distance into centre of town. Also with the Spa theatre just 5mins walk, meant we could catch an evening of Motown during our stay. The flat was well cleaned. The arrival basket pack, which included tea bags, sugar, biscuits, bread, and even milk in the fridge was amazing. Really going above and beyond.

I honestly can't think of anything and that's saying something as I always find something! Well, perhaps the wifi connection could have been better!

Very friendly host.

Kim met us to give the keys over and was very friendly and gave us a few tips about Bridlington. The flat was very comfortable and when needed was warm. We found also that the flat was central to Town and both beaches. The owners are available should you need them for any queries. Kim also leaves a welcome basket at the flat for you when you arrive. We recommend it very highly, totally enjoyed our stay and will stay again.

We do not have a negative on this property.
