Nice bathroom and outside space

No aircon as plug had been cut off no oven no microwave all advertised as present in the studio. All outside ash trays were full and dirty and were not emptied before or whilst we were there. Roadworks prevented normal access and we were not informed of this or of the hard to find alternative way in lost an hour looking. No info about tv so again wasted much time and host eventually had to come and it took her 20-30 mins.
