Super flexible, fast replies, good location. And super clean

Large villa with three bedrooms for a comfortable three night stay in a rural area. A five to ten minute walk to the beach area where there were some cafes and coffee places. While the location would not suit everyone, if you want to stay in an truly authentic small Vietnamese village, then this villa provides a good standard of accommodation. (Though be aware the beds have Vietnamese style mattresses which although reasonably comfortable are not as thick and song as many Westerners are used to. But we all still managed to sleep ok. Overall at the price you pay, the villa is great value. Just realise that you are not 'at home' in a Western country and hence be realistic at what you expect. It still has good amenities, including a great shower/ wet area and a washing machine, along with a lovely courtyard.

The property has just three bedrooms but it was advertised as having an additional living space (bedroom/living area) and we booked on that basis for an extra person to have that space. However, while the owner realised the mistake and refunded us, it still meant that we had to find somewhere else for her to stay. While in the end this wasn't a major problem it should not have been advertised as a separate bedroom/living area if there was no such thing. Also while the property itself was clean, there were some cigarette butts left lying in the courtyard. As non-smokers, we would have liked them gone before we arrived

Beautiful house . Just 2 of us in the property which was great, like being at home! Spacious and clean with good bathroom, air con and fans everywhere and a nice balcony. The owner was lovely greeting us and explaining everything before leaving. Close to very good restaurants and coffee shops.

It was all nice except the mattress was very hard but that's personal.

I booked a night few days in advance. The same day of my arrival first they sent me a message saying the room was ready for check-in and then another message saying there were no rooms available. I called them and they couldn't tell me why there were no rooms for me, although I had a reservation made in advance and they had confirmed the booking. Very disappointed and angry. I had to look for another accommodation last minute and it wasn't easy and nice to find, especially since I was solo traveling.

This is an excellent place, built like one big house with several rooms for guests and common areas and bathrooms. Every room has two big beds, one downfloor and one upfloor. All the facilities are in good condition, balcony is amazing. But the very best is the sweet sweet owner, who is a lovely guy and is ready to help you with everything. He showed everything, let us choose the room, organized a motorbike for us, provided water, was always reachable for any requests and even brought us to the train station. This guy has the biggest heart! I only wish he could speak English a little better, so that we could talk more, but we managed it with Google Translate too :) All in all great place for staying, especially if you are a group of people

The place a bit away from the center, may be like 15-20 min walk. But it was actually good since it's more calm and not as loud as hotels at the waterline.
