Ample Comforts, Centrally Located, Town Centre

Location is excellent, being within walking distance from both rail stations, the Bus Interchange and even closer to the Golden Square Shopping Centre.

As reported, everything exceed our expectations and the couple of calls we had with to Nili were welcoming and professional and provided additional and local knowledge about the area.

10 out of 10 & only a 5 minutes from we're I needed to be & Nili did a great job making sure we was comfortable & if we needed anything she was just a call or txt away 👏

Been robbed of damage deposit, saying apartment smelt of smoke when I don’t even smoke. Also doesn’t state damage deposit until after you have booked. Dirty place lots of damage in apartment and dirty sheets, blinds all broken and dirty stains all over them. If you book this apartment be prepared to robbed. Total sh—t hole

Upon arrival the host sounded kind and friendly. The apartment is situated in a central area. Stores and restaurants are within walking distance. The rooms are large and spacious.

Om the day of arrival, hours before check-in, I got a text thar I had to transfer a deposit and submit a photo ID. This is common practice but why so late? The apartment hadn't been cleaned. One of the beds had a musky odour. The beds also were very uncomfortable. The kitchen cabinets hadn't been cleaned. It was as if someone left in a hurry. Some of the cabinets also literally fell apart. One front almost landed on my sons feet. The carpets, walls and curtains had stains all over them. The bathroom had a strong burned smell (ventilation maybe), one of them had mould on the walls. Again a dirty and stained shower curtain. As soon as we arrived we wanted to leave! We left 2 days before our check out date. We tried contacting the staff once, asking for clean sheets and more towels, they didn't respond. We paid over 200 pounds per day and expected a lot more. I would strongly advise against staying here. How they got 4 stars and so many good reviews is beyond me.
