Decent size room, clean.

The hot water runs out super fast. After my kid done for his 10 mins shower, , there's no more hot water left for the rest of us and takes hours to heat it up again.

Its really close to the beach and to the main street. Its a 10-15 min walk from the airport so there is not a need for taxi. Owners are really nice and helpful. The apartment is well equipped and everything works perfectly!

The location was great exactly what me and my family looked for it to be close to the beach and restaurants. The apartment was clean and tidy.

We arrived half and hour early at the property .and we were asked to wait till 2 o'clock. Which was OK we went for lunch , after that I contacted the host to check if the place is ready -the pace wasn't ready yet. So in the end just before 3 o'clock we settled there. We were with 2 kids one of them 2 years old and that was not professionally at all to make us wait . On the website is showing a pool wich was extremely dirty .

The apartment itself was well laid out and spacious with most things on site that were itemised in the ad. The beds were firm and comfortable and the bathroom was clean and functioned well.

I recently stayed at this apartment and was deeply disappointed with the experience. As someone with mobility issues, I specifically booked this place because it advertised a pool, which was crucial for me since I find it difficult to bathe in the sea. Upon arrival, I discovered the pool was completely dysfunctional, half-filled with algae-ridden water, and littered with floating rubbish like discarded plastic bottles. It was not only unusable but also an eyesore. This made me feel utterly cheated, as the price I paid was nowhere near justified for an apartment without a functional pool. With the scorching weather and no pool access, I was essentially trapped inside for most of my stay due to my disability. I couldn't even sit in the pool area because of the stench from the polluted water. The situation was exacerbated by the fact that the balconies were so narrow that you could only sit sideways, with barely any legroom. The so-called "views" were nothing but other apartments and a car park—yet another false claim in the listing. Overall, this stay ruined my weekend break. The facilities were misrepresented and failed to meet basic expectations. I believe a refund is warranted given the misleading advertisement and the distress caused.

Beautiful apartment! We only stayed 1 night due to an early flight, but we loved the apartment. Equipped with everything you need for a longer holiday, great location and lovely hostess.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like, we were happy with everything and we would book it again if we have to stay in Sarafovo again but we saw that there was a pool in the complex , would have been nice if it was working but obviously it’s not the hostess fault.

The host was very friendly and supportive even with late night arrival due to flight delay. The beach is very close (200-300 meters) with a very nice beachfront The washing machine runs fine and is quite convenient
