Perfect for an overnight stay if visiting upper hutt. Comfortable furnishings and really thoughtful items in the bathroom and kitchen. Great value for money.

Location was great as it was close to all parties we needed to visit - the area we were in was very quiet & peaceful but handy to everything we needed

Very luxureous accommodation, very complete, excellent bed and bathroom. Sunny terrace with relax chairs. We enjoyed our stay very much.

A very comfortable bed

When we arrived there was dirty rubbish left in the bin. Surfaces to kitchen and bathroom covered in white powder and fridge dirty. I spent half and cleaning before placing out items in. Also not as private as described. Very noisy from upstairs and outside from dogs etc. If you like cats it’s ok as cat kept coming to door and what may have been a nice outlook, wasn’t there was a ladder to look at. We left early and got a small refund

Nature is right outside the living room and very good communication

The 2nd bedroom didn’t have any side tables and noise from upstair which waked us up quite early, also if you ware using the shower at the same time with the people upstair you may had a cold shower
