"Unsafe, filthy, cockroach-infested! had to leave and relocate"

This was by far the worst accommodation I have ever experienced. The property was unsafe, filthy, and unfit for habitation. I waited 3 hours to be let in. The apartment was dirty on arrival, with mould in the cutlery cup, rotten wood, cracked windows, and holes in the fly screen. Cockroaches were running wild (adults and babies), ticks in the kitchen, and insects in the bathroom. The cooker never worked (food spoiled, including mussels I had to throw away), the TV was broken, and the internet stopped working after one day. The sockets were hanging out of the wall, creating an electrical hazard. Both me and my partner were bitten repeatedly. The host ignored messages and Booking.com Customer Services have not responded to my complaint. I was forced to leave and pay for new accommodation at my own expense. I am disabled, and this caused me serious stress and hardship. ⚠️ This property is dangerous and should not be listed on Booking.com. I strongly urge Booking.com to remove it to protect future guests.

Its a cozy appartement,in a very quiet place.Some markets near by,not more than one minute.Free parking in front of the appartement.The host very friendly.
