Comfort, facilities, cleanliness & Stefan was a great host

Position of tv could be in a better place,

Stefan and Doro are perfect hosts. Perfectly positioned near to nordstrasse u-bahn and u78 direct to Messe. Nice park, great restaurants, a huge Aldi and pharmacy minutes away on foot. Apartment was comfortable and came with fridge and cupboard full of food. Very much recommended.

If I'd had lady with me then there was no full length mirror in the place for checking appearance after dressing. A small oversight, easily fixed. Didn't trouble me🤣 I'm a big guy, shower was a small space....(normal ...)

Very convenient location with tram stops and a U-Bahn station nearby; fully-stocked fridge, pantry, kitchen etc as well as bathroom with everything that we needed like extra toilet paper, shower gel, etc, and everything we needed for cooking meals like oils and seasonings. Manuals were available for using the stove and other appliances. Comfy bedding made up for our requirements for number of travellers. Beautiful, clean and well-kept balcony really let us enjoy the holiday feeling. There were also facilities for drying clothes, and lots of supplies for keeping our space clean too. I was surprised to have big bottles of mineral water available each day too :-) Very luxurious!

The *only* thing that wasn't great was that the blinds in the room did not keep out light very well, but I personally am a light sleeper (I need blackout curtains!) and none of my fellow travellers were bothered by this. The elevator in the property is also quite small so you could not fit something like a wheelchair, walking apparatus or buggy inside.

Spacious ,neat and clean apartment with all amenities required for pleasant stay. Excellent connectivity - Location is perfect with 2 tram stops to shopping street and 3 U bahn station for city center. Stefan is an excellent host ,provided detailed instructions to reach location via booking.com message beforehand, was generous enough to stay awake to accommodate our late check in and provided details about apartment , tour information etc. , always helped us with our queries and additional requests.

Good location, 15min to CBD, 1 hr walk along the river to Congress Centre. The fridge was generously filled with ham, cheese, eggs, spreads, bread, milk, wine. Even got croissants on 2 days. Large sunny deck and private.
