Lovely comfortable and well-equipped flat. Breakfast stuffs, coffee etc provided, as was a 'welcome' bottle of wine!

The walk to and from the beach or town centre is a little complicated at night. Torch recommended!

"Great location- peaceful retreat- clean and well equipped."

The property was just a 10 minute walk from the high street, the breakfast was plentiful and the complimentary bottle of wine was much appreciated. very quiet location and parking was good.

There was not anything we did not like.

"It was perfect for me….i was really cold when I arrived and the warm cosy annex and a glass of red"

8.0

The breakfast was good, would have liked some bottled water would have been great too….and semi skimmed milk instead of full fat milk. It was really lovely of the hosts to have a bottle of wine ready on arrival 😃

The shower room wasn’t warm enough for me even though I turned the heated towel rail up .

The Yellow Door exceeded our expectations. The garden is beautiful.and the interior space has a wonderful clean modern look. We particularly liked the fact you can be inside and sit outside in a private peaceful space. There were extras which made the experience feel really welcoming, lovely breakfast supplied and a really thoughtful bottle of wine!

We loved everything about it.

"An interesting and enjoyable experience which benefited from a frequent bus service to Canterbury."

7.0

The hosts were friendly and welcoming,The self contained annexe was warm and cosy, the bed was comfortable and bathroom facilities were clean and to a high standard. We appreciated the breakfasts and enjoyed the bottle of wine which awaited us on arrival, a lovely welcoming touch.

Kitchen facilities were poor in that the food preparation area was very cramped and the sink was outside in the covered courtyard not ideal in February!

Lovely convenient bolt hole for a stay in Whitstable. Close to the centre but also nice and quiet. The annexe had everything we needed.
