Haus Abendberg

Lovely little town. The garden apartment was clean and had everything you would need for a few a short stay. It offered gorgeous mountain views and a lovely outdoor seating area. It is also conveniently located to the bus and train stations, as well as Interlaken. The hosts were friendly, thoughtful, and accommodating, and they personally met us upon arrival, which made check-in easy. They also provided guest cards for free bus rides, which was a great bonus. Overall, it’s a great place for a short stay if you can handle the heat and noise from the cows.

Unfortunately, the noise was quite difficult to manage, so bringing earplugs is a good idea. The apartment faces a small field with cows wearing large bells that move back and forth all day and night, which made it hard to sleep or simply enjoy the evening. It was also very hot in the apartment, so I would suggest providing a fan for guests.

Excellent location — close to everything and with public transport just a few steps away. The host was incredibly friendly. Highly recommended!

The apartment is cozy and clean! The garden is also very nice! You can see a lot of stars there at night, which is really great!

Nothing specific, the shower head needs some maintenance but that is real nit picky all was really great.

It was a spacious room in a house which was nestled in the best possible natural beauty. The location was serene and tranquil. There was access to transport and other necessary requirements like groceries. The house was well equipped with comfortable bed and blankets, wonderful kitchenette and other facilities (like clean bathroom, good heater). Peter and Hilde (the hosts) were very kind and helpful.

Host is very friendly and helpful. She drove us to the Interken West bahnhof. The property is clean. You need to walk about6-8 minutes from the bus stop.

The room is quite out-dated. We have some problem with the electricity but of causes host fix it for us. Overall is fine just feel that it is not quite value for money.

Hildi and her husband are very kind, friendly and helpful. The apartment is very cozy and beautiful. The property has gorgeous views of the mountains. It snowed during our stay and it was stunning!
