Locatie uitstekend voor het doel namelijk mountainbiken in het bikepark van Winterberg. Bedden waren goed, slaapbank lag redelijk. Prima badkamer. Aankomst vrijdagochtend en we wilden gelijk door naar het bikepark. De nacht ervoor was het huisje niet bezet en mochten we de sleutel vrijdag al vroeg ophalen. Daardoor konden we wat spullen van huis meenemen en in de koelkast leggen voor we naar het bikepark gingen. Communicatie met de hostess via whatsapp, korte lijnen en snel antwoord.

It is very close to the lifts. Spacious for bike storage. Nice terrace. It’s new inside and well kept

They asked us €30 (€15pp) for bedsheets and towels. We brought our own but the sizing of the pillows and duvets (two singles) was not specified so wouldn’t fit our standard bedsheet very well. Also not a lot of instructions and we struggled a bit as we arrived very late (how to park, where to put the bikes etc)

The location is good if you are there for the bikepark. Also, the balcony is very nice.

We came the to apartment relying on the fact that there is a laundry machine. When we checked in, our contact told us that it's broken, and that they will think of something. They never solved it, so we had to wear our dirty clothes throughout our stay. We also wanted to make some food in the kitchen but there was no sheets or baking paper, so the oven was useless. Even when we tried to make something on the stove, there was no plates - literally, not a single plate for eating. We asked the property contact about all of this, but they simply ignored us and never replied. Booking complaint resulted in 23 Euros coupon for booking - a complete joke. Stay away from this property, and think twice about Booking support.

The apartment was nice, big enough, newly decorated, new bathroom. The location is perfect for skiing and hiking. The Lift is in walking distance, the Skirental is at the corner.

Only 1 point: the Electrical cooking was not working 100%.
