Precioso piso frente al mar con enorme terraza

A fantastic location. The terrace is a wonderful place to relax catching the morning sun and over looking the promenade, beach and the sea. Its a great apartment. Having local shops, cafes makes it a perfect destination. Having use of secure carport was an unexpected bonus though parking in the tight spaces takes some getting used to.

The kitchen could do with some new basic items such as new cooking pots, chopping board and tea towels to make it feel cleaner

Het uizicht is super, pal aan de zee.

Misschien een aanpassing in de wasmachine afdeling. Maar alles werkt.

The apartment is big, nicely decorated, comfortable with airco and fans and two steps away from the beach. The apartment has the best view you can imagine as you can see the beach from the living room window and you can sit outside on its big terrace. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. Basically, it has everything you need to make your stay very comfortable.

Our only comment would be that the pans, plates and cutlery in the kitchen were not very clean. So before being able to use any of it, we had to give it a good wash. Also, a lot of the crockery was cracked or broken, there were no soup / cereal bowls and the standing fan in one of the dormitories had a thick layer of dust. The floors looked clean but when walking barefoot through the apartment we noticed the soles of our feet were black. A thorough clean of the apartment throwing away all the broken and chipped crockery, would surely make the apartment a 5 star apartment.
