Prefer that staff would come into property and ensure everything is in order with the guest when handing keys

The location and helpful management

The apartment was very well serviced, fantastic location right in the centre of the old town. If we needed anything we just emailed or rang up and it was sorted out pretty much straight away. The beds were comfy and the shower was brilliant. Lots of fresh towels and bathroom supplies.

We were in a 1st floor apartment initially which was quite cold as it gets no sun in January. We were offered another 1 after 2 weeks as the bathroom door didn't close which was better. The furniture was very Spanish which is understandable but the sofa doubled as a 3rd bed and was quite high and deep so was quite uncomfortable to sit on. The higher up in the block the weaker the Internet got (not a huge problem but a bit annoying at times).
