Well located. Close to all necessary shops etc. Close to beach with beautiful views Comfortably furnished / well equipped. Clean Secure garage parking

Very close proximity to neighbouring units. No sound insulation between these units, resulting in you hearing everything that's happening next door. Rather disturbing and annoying at night, resulting in disrupted sleep and being kept awake till way past 23h30 / 24h00 at night. Unfortunate really, as it detracts from otherwise beautiful accommodation.
