Victorian Beach Cottages

Lovely neat and very well equipped. Marlon is a great host.

Traffic noise on the road is a nuisance. The bathroom window, which is part of the bedroom is right next to a busy road. If traffic noise doesn't bother you, this oa fantastic place. If not for the traffic noose it will be a perfect 10.

Quiet area. Very easy to find. Very comfortable. Marlon is the best host/caretaker. He is so pleasant and helpful. Always available. Everything works as it's supposed to. Can't get enough of the view of the ocean!

Not much I didn't like. Just that there was no water in the morning. But that was due to the municipality doing repairs. But it was back not long after.

There was no free breakfast.

The location was great, right across the road from any shops we needed, and very close to the beach. The cottages we booked were spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. We loved the braai area and patio overlooking the ocean. Marlon, the caretaker, was very welcoming and very accommodating to anything we needed. The kitchens are so well equipped there was no need to order in, we either cooked or had a little braai on each day.

Unfortunately, for one of the days during our stay we didn't have water and on another we didn't have electricity (there was an issue in the entire neighborhood though, not just the cottages) - but the caretaker did his best to keep us informed and comfortable while the issue was being resolved and that really went a long way.

It was clean and the pictures were true to what we experienced. Its location is close to all amenities. I particularly enjoyed the beach view

There wasn’t any water during our stay which cut our stay shorter. It also sucked not having a toilet completely closed off from our room

The view was out of this world

There was no electricity when I arrived and came back after 20hrs and the following day was the water problem until we checked out.

Didn't have breakfast but I love the place and the guy the he's great the best he knows how sweet talk customers lol .
