Pam's Beach Flat

Maybe a little orientation. Someone to be assigned to show how things are working like TV nd the stove.Kids did not watch TV even myself bcos it was not working.The worst part the owner blocked us when we try to reach her.

The apartment was not clean Coachroaches Old and rusty furniture No towels No toilet paper

The Seaview is spectacular and very close to the main beach,its a walk to the beach.

The apartment has a gas stove which is awesome, however the gas was finished and seems like there was no inspection done on the apartment before we checked-in.

The apartment is well located, close to the beach and restaurants/shops with secure parking available.

While the apartment was clean, safe and well located, it needs a refresh. There are picture hooks on all the walls, with almost no accompanying pictures. The paint is peeling on some ceilings and walls. The light fittings on the ceiling fans are broken, one bedroom ceiling fan does not work. The cutlery and crockery are miss matching and low quality. Cheap utensils that are only just functional. One small pot and a scratched frying pan only. Difficult to cook for a family. Lounge suite has seen better days.

Everything ...the rooms were cleab and in good conditions...bathrooms were top notch...and the view was the best
