Nikos Studios Meltemi Family Suite Penthouse

A due passi dal mare, cristallino incastonato tra le montagna, un balcone colori greci , fresco, camera confortevole, host molto simpatico. Per una vacanza rilassata ottimo!

The location is amazing, you cross the street and walk onto the beach! You can walk to supermarkets or restaurants. Spacious unit. Aircon is a life saver as its so hot. Mosquito net on the verandah door is great. Its only a 40min drive away from Lindos and its famed acropolis. If you go there and enjoy snorkeling pop in at St Paul's beach. Swim across to the vertical rock cliff, much more coral and many fish. If you are scared o deep water stay on the land side.

The parking is very tight, do not hire a big car if you want to get in here! We had a Nissan Micra and still had to wiggle. Not all his units have parking available. Make sure you know whether your unit does or doesn't. The verandah was not cleaned but the inside of the house was clean. There are pots and pans but the only utensils are the eating ones, no cooking utensils.

The apartment is located on the beach, which is one of the best on Rhodes. I'm writing this because we visited almost all the beaches in 9 days. The apartment contains everything you need for your vacation. The beds are comfortable, there was always hot water, a safe, a hair dryer, and a kitchen. It is cleaned daily. The hosts are very kind, amiable and pleasant. Everything you need for your vacation. Would be very happy to visit them again. Recommendation.

Location and proximity to the beach.

I booked a room with a view but this was not provided The use of the washing machine which was very important for me but it was restricted and power was cut off. Internet was sketchy and when this was brought up, we were scolded for inquiring. Very disappointing.

I really enjoyed the patio, the room was perfect for me. I loved the proximity to the beach! Nikos was a lovely host!

Very close to the beach , AC, balcony, small kitchen where you have everything you need for a breakfast .Rooms cleaned every day and clean towels , quiet area , perfect for family with children , local market , souvenir shops and very good tavernas near the sea.Stegna is a good location to get to some of the key attractions of the island .

Maybe that the toilet was too close to the shower but this wasn’t really an issue , it was allright.

Nikos is the best! His spirit illuminates also this beatiful place just a few meters from the lovely Stegna beach. We were very happy there and produced lots of salt in our plate factory:). Nikos also took us fishing and my children (4 and 7) each caught their first fish. For dining I very much recommend the nearby coctail and snack bar with wonderful souvlaki. Ondra

Where to begin :). This place with its owner (especially) is a hidden gem and if you find a free room here, consider yourself very lucky. All the locals kept telling us the same thing.. by the way also all very nice people, felt almost like family. Especially in the close-by Milos bar. Nikos is very hospitable and friendly guy, we have never experienced anything like that before - you can easily see he loves his job and loves the people, it's his passion and he knows what he's doing. Definitely do NOT hesitate to go on the fishing trip with him, if you have the chance. I'm probably repeating much of what other people already said, so basically, if you don't insist on modern luxury (it is cleaned every day though!), big TVs, all that nonsense, you like rather calmer and not too crowded resorts, are a nature lover - this is a place for you. Even if there was anything non-perfect, it was erased from our memory by all the good things.
