Kitchen was nice.

An excessive amount of furniture scattered throughout the hall, creating a cluttered and disorganized environment. Thiis also poses a safety risk due to tripping hazards and limited walking space. Those with children, is not advise to stay. Furthermore, I observed that the room heaters are not functioning, leading to an cold environment staying. "I booked a stay through (booking.com), using my Mastercard. However, the host only accepted Visa cards, which caused an issue. Despite trying multiple Visa cards, the payment couldn't be processed. We agreed to pay cash upfront and try again with Visa the next day. Unfortunately, the host failed to respond to our messages and claimed that the cash had already been collected, suggesting we withdraw more cash from an ATM if needed. This lack of communication and failure to keep promises has left me feeling disappointed and frustrated."

Everything was clean and well organized, the kitchen was equipped with enough utilities. The hot tub was sweet.

There was no AC, just small ventilators in the bedrooms. The hot tub was smaller then we expected.

Perfect, very well equipped and situated in the hills outside of Baden Baden with beautiful walks in the vineyards and among the apple trees. very helpful and gracious host. nice to be outside a city when you are traveling with dogs.

lumpy mattress too thin for the bed frame.

Facility and the communication was excellent and above standard. Amazing job and flexibility.
