Es ist traumhaft ruhig und ich habe die Dachwohnung sehr genossen.

This property is very cosy, right at the top of a flat. It had everything we needed - a small kitchen, a fan for the warm summer nights, even house slippers at the door. We wanted to leave our bags in the apartment before the check in time, but we were allowed to check in early on the day itself. There is a bus stop just a minute's walk from the house. Overall great value for money.

Part of the mattress was too soft (possibly broken), which we alerted the host to after our stay. No supermarkets/ grocery stores near the property. Other comments not specific to the property: The city tax is quite expensive, €3.8 per person per night. The discounts on the guest cards were not useful as the attractions offered either already have a high starting fee, or were only in German. Public transport fares are also relatively expensive as compared to other parts of western Europe, and are usually delayed. Buses do not run frequently (once every hour in the mornings, evenings, and on Sundays). Cost of living in Baden Baden is generally high.

The owner lives downstairs ans speaks perfectly english. Kitchen equipment in the room. A lot of Space. City center walkable in 20mn

We advise to bring bedsheets. We parked the car in the street behind the building garden which has a door with a lock. When leaving, we left thé keys and we had to climb the door with all our luggages and got summoned by the neighbours.
