The Apartment itself had most things you needed. Hosts did offer to take us to and from places if we needed, but we didn't want to spend whole holiday with hosts...there is a local shop at the bottom of hill, which has basic food items.

It NEEDS to be stated that this apartment is on a VERY steep hill. It is NOT suitable for those with mobility or breathing difficulties. People who don't drive will also struggle. Public transport not available. Unfortunately, the hosts seemed to only acknowledge the existence of only 1 member of our party, which felt rude and ignorant - if they are lucky, they will have people from around the globe coming to their business, so they need to be more mindful of how they act. The pool could do with being heated, as its freezing. Very smelly in the bathroom with an open drain and 2nd bathroom, no extraction fan or window... If you book, be aware that there are in fact 2 separate apartments - 1 with jacuzzi and 1 with pool. Its not all included and you need to state number of bedrooms and bathrooms required. In response to your reply Eleni: Now come on Eleni you and I both know the accommodation was left in exactly the same condition if not cleaner than when we arrived...funny how you mentioned to us that the last guest left it in a shocking condition?!! I am not a liar and I have pictures that I will happily provide to both you and booking.com to show the EXACT condition we left it in!! Nowhere on Booking.com does it mention needing your own transportation. This was meant as constructive criticism which you obviously cannot grasp! We left an honest review,never said it was anything but clean and nice. And as for only speaking to one of our party,your husband walked in 20 MINUTES before we was supposed to vacate the premises as my friend was getting dressed in the bedroom?!! And the best of luck to you!!!!

I really liked the view the pool and I was impressed by the cleanliness. I needed to work and the Wi-Fi was excellent even in the pool and that made my stay even more enjoyable.

This place was absolutely amazing. The host was friendly, understanding and met us at the property. There is a Restuarant within walking distance, location was secluded but extremely close(10 min ride) to the old port. Very relaxing, clean and has all the amenities needed.

The property was amazing! we really enjoyed the pool the home was immaculate and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Eleni was a wonderful host and Michalis welcomed us when we arrived. He was nice and helped to let us know everything that was around close by. We will definitely be back and would recommend anyone who wants an amazing place in Chania to stay here! 😊
