Forest View Cottage - Private Hot Tub

Everything really clean and really enjoyable

Perfect escape for a few days. Nothing but the sound of sheep. Hot tub was great after a day of activities. The sunsets and sunrises over the hills are beautiful. Facilities were clean and comfortable. Host stayed in contact via text to make sure we had arrived ok and that we had everything we needed, then left us alone to enjoy ourselves. Great place and would highly recommend.

Shower head kept dropping. Wouldn't stay up and would need fixed. Shower itself warmed up quickly and had good water pressure.

Chalet was lovely. Good range of facilities

No attention to detail- no gown or slippers for guests using hottub Trailers visible in fields. Spoiled the view. No welcome gift or acknowledgement No host available for point of contact General upkeep of surrounding area poor. Lawnmower/ hoover/hottub cleaner left where it was last used. No mattress cover on bed Toilet visibly dirty on outside

Perfect for a couples getaway. The facilities were excellent. Very good value for money

This property is truly exceptional. Please note - we got accidentally double-booked so we were moved to the big house. The space is glorious. Spotless from top to bottom. Rooms are all big and airy. I loved that there was toiletries left for us and enough towels. The open plan kitchen/dining room is huge and has such a luxurious feel to it. The living room is cosy and so comfortable with recliners. Claw foot bath upstairs was my highlight inside the house. Also a constant supply of hot water was such a wonderful luxury. Outside in the hot tub hut, there was pegs for towels and clothes. A stunning hot tubs it was private and had the best views out over the mountains. I really wish I could live there.

The cottage was comfortable and modern and in a great location

The cleanliness of the property was a major let down. The host informed us that the cleaner had been there to clean that morning but it was evident that it had not been cleaned! It was really dirty and dusty so we contacted the owner and he sent the cleaner back to fix the issues. She arrived with 2 cloths in her hand and left after 20 mins. She wiped a few things down but didn’t actually clean anything. It was really disappointing as it was supposed to be a nice treat for my partner but the uncleanliness took away the enjoyment of it, we couldn’t relax and enjoy it as we hoped to.

The private hot tub was brilliant.
