Urban Residences Chania

A fantastic place to stay for any length of time. Close to the centre of Xavia, easily walkable. The apartment has two balconies with beautiful views of the sea and mountains. The property is spotlessly clean and the daily cleaner deserves a mention for her hard work. Joanna is very responsive should you have any questions. I would definitely come back.

Not a big deal but a shower curtain would be good as the cubicle has the doors missing

Nell’appartamentino , piccolo ma completo di ogni comfort essenziale per un breve soggiorno. Ottima posizione a 5 minuti dal centro turistico. Presenza di parcheggio gratuito antistante la struttura . Da segnalare che siamo stati nel mese di maggio per cui non in piena stagione estiva , in cui si potrebbe verificare carenza di parcheggio che talvolta è stato un po complicato trovare anche se non in alta stagione.

Metterei il classico cartoncino per segnalare: “non disturbare” o “gradita pulizia della camera” per evitare che la signora delle pulizie ti svegli bussando la porta 😅

Location is just great. Only 20 minutes from the airport, a 10 minute walk to the Old Town and a 6 minute walk to the beach. Communication with Joanna was perfect and the place was spotlessly clean. Our cleaner Chara was lovely.

Parking gratuit à proximité mais rapidement complet ( arrivée le vendredi soir)

Sehr gute Lage um Chania zu besuchen. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Badezimmer auch. Ideal um Chania zu Fuß zu erkunden.

In der Küche könnte es sauberer sein. Das Geschirr musste vor dem Gebrauch erstmal gründlich gereinigt werden. Das hätten wir uns anders gewünscht…

Beautiful room with 2 excellent balconies with an amazing view. Spotless and comfortable. Perfect location for us.
