Very neat and clean. Close to the airport, with shops nearby. It feels just like home..

There is a leakage in the master bedroom toilet. It looks like sewage water is leaking from the toilet bowl pipe. Can still use the bathroom for showering, but for urinating or defecating, need to use the other toilet.

"Fix the plumbing issues before renting it out!"

1. Though the pillow cases look clean but the actual pillows were badly stained and look disgusting! 2. The water heater wasn’t working (outside shower room) 3. Master room toilet wasn’t flushing properly and wash basin was leaking

"Penang is great city but this apartment is a no no"

It’s a to be avoid property, host is responsive but condition is extremely poor. Close to airport tho

2 bathrooms one is leaking/broken the other is water leak when you flush it. No towels, no shampoo but to be honest you don’t really want to shower there. Took the video about the issue and host replied “yes” that’s it. Booked 2 night but we only stayed one, found hotel on day 2
