Beautiful brand new apartment, lovely design in a very good location! Hosts were very polite and helpful! Very close, walking distance to the town harbor and city center!

We loved our stay at Emeli Suites. Spacious accommodation, extremely clean, loved the shower, one of the most comfortable beds. Just a short walk away from shops and restaurants. We had thought of staying in the old town initially, however are happy not to have done so as it is very noisy & cramped. Our host was very friendly and willing to help in any way including advice on the best places to go to Would definitely stay here again !

Great location, very clean apartment with nice jacuzzi. No cooking equipment available but cutlery and fridge are part of the kitchenette. Very informative and responsive hosts.

Was expecting bit more space and bigger balcony for the price.

This apartment was really really cosy and clean. And tiny little private garden was big and relaxing with own walls. Sea was near and old town also. Owners were really nice, caring and helpful couple . So we had absolutely great time in Crete 🇬🇷🧘🏖🥂

First of all, this stay was AMAZING, you can go ahead and book it, honestly... I read many reviews about many places before going, but I'm glad I chose this one. Emma is so sweet and her parents too - I absolutely loved having them there when we arrived. - They literally waited for us (our flight was super delayed), and saved a parking spot for us in the street (btw parking is super easy every day we arrived late and parked for free in the streets around, always). They received us super well, with wine, fruits... so cute. showing us everything. I was so so happy! - Location: great, silent but youre right next to everything, just a 5 min walk. - Room: super super clean, fun hottub, mini kitchen, with all the utensils you need honestly, everything you need is there, nice balcony too. - People (hosts): super nice, they helped us with every little thing we needed, we just had to text them and they resolved it for us right away. One day we locked ourselves out of the room and they came open for us, and another time we asked for volleyball and beach towel if they had because we didn't want to buy it just for the trip. They gave it to us right away... this was super nice to have something like that!

I didn't NOT like anything per say. I want to come back here and stay again. But a few things to bear in mind: - Something I would say could improve is just bedding - for me the pilows were too high and they were all the same (they tried to assist us with that too, but the pillows were all the same height). So I'd put some different pillows because people have different preferences and I couldn't sleep with those in that case (at the end I was so exhausted at the end of each day that this did not matter that much!). - The room is pretty bright, the blackout curtains do not really do a blackout. - The rules regarding toilet paper in the toilet are a bit strict, so I advise that you read the 'Welcome letter' word by word before arriving. We did not read it so carefully and we had a little accident and had to put in paper in the toilet, which clogged it. We called them for help and they assisted right away, however, we were very much called out for it - which is ok, but I advise reading carefully their house rules before, so that you do not have an uncomfortable situation with the hosts getting upset.

Everything was perfect Location, the place, very clean and cosy Grigoris and his wife were perfect host!

The accommodation is located in a very good area, close to the old town and the sea. You can find everything nearby: a supermarket in the next street, restaurants and bars on the beach. The apartment is completely new and modern, very well equipped and cery clean. We had a nice welcome: the host explained in detail the operation of the apartment's equipment, they waited with water, a fruit basket, wine and biscuits. We received information about where to go in the city, and we received answers to all our possible questions.

Everything was perfect.

Everything was amazing ! The location was great, located very close to the beach and the old town, and the appartment was very new and clean. The hosts are lovely people and are very helpful in case you have any questions about anything. I would definitely recommend coming here if you are planning to visit Chania, we would absolutely visit again !
