The host was very very accessible via WhatsApp. The check in instructions to get the keys were easy to follow and sent with a lot of notice. The apartment was also very clean and comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again

It was quite loud (nothing to be done about it unfortunately). I slept with earplugs so it wasn't too bad, but it is quite an active street, so just be aware.

perfect location for Chania.

I loved how it was literally just as if I owned an apartment in Chania. The whole room was just, it wasn't a hotel, it felt like a new home for my own usage. I felt like I owned a property in Chania for my own use. It made me believe I wasn't in a hotel.

My only nitpick is when me and my coworker checked out bathrooms, we were missing just shower essentials like soap/body wash and hair product such soap and conditioner, aside from that everything else was ABOVE EXPECTATIONS.

Location towards the south end of the Old Town was excellent, just 5 minutes or so to the harbourside, and many restaurants within a few minutes. We were able to park our (small) car on the street (Emmanouil Mpalantinou), free of charge every night, only 170m west. Bed was comfortable, and bathroom fine, with a good shower.

The kitchen facilities are really very basic, fine to prepare a simple breakfast, but you wouldn't really be able to cook. Although the pedestrian streets at front and back were shopping streets, with all shops closed at night, there were occasional noisy groups of pedestrians and on a couple of nights a motorbike racing through at full throttle late at night. The sitting area is very small.

They didn't come to clean the room or change the toilet can FOR THREE DAYS. At the end it was terrible FULL and stinked.
