The apartment was a lot larger than we thought. It was comfortable and a great location, halfway between the beach and the and the port. The views of the mountains and the water on the wrap around veranda were amazing. The host gave us a list of recommendations for restaurants and thoroughly explained how to use appliances. We would absolutely stay again.

The front door to the building was a little difficult to open when locked.

Très bel appartement situé à proximité de tous les lieux d’intérêt de la ville, très bien équipé. Il est très lumineux et comprend plusieurs balcons avec de belles vues sur la mer. Notre hôte, Yannis, très sympathique, nous a rendu visite ce qui est très rare dans les locations de vacances et ce qui est très agréable. Il nous a donné des conseils sur les choses à visiter, nous a recommandé des restaurants et a eu de gentilles attentions à notre égard. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Everything. Lovely spacious property. Very quiet. Great location very close to Venetian harbour and old town. On street parking free and no problem to find.

We (2 of us) spent the whole of February in this apartment and our stay was delightful. A 5 storey hotel is just being finished which now partially obscures the view of the sea on the left of the photograph. The owners are waiting for it to be finished before changing it. The view is still to the sea however. The apartment was impeccably clean and perfectly decorated. Light and airy. It is as described. The sea front as a whole in this part of Chania is being developed and in a few months this will be completed. It will improve an already pleasant area. The apartment is 5/10 minutes away from a good local supermarket, the Thursday vegetable market (wonderful), the shopping centre and the Venetian harbour (glorious) and the beach. Literally everything is close at hand whilst not being slap in the middle of tourist central. Perfect for us.

Wir wurden persönlich von Jannis begrüßt, er erklärte wurde uns alles und gab uns sehr gute Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt. Auf uns wartete außerdem ein Gastgeschenk, eine Flasche Wein und Raki. Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl in der schönen, hellen Wohnung, deren Lage exzellent ist: Sehr ruhig gelegen und doch nur wenige Gehminuten von der Altstadt und dem Meer entfernt! Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock und ist gut mit einem Aufzug zu erreichen. Danke, lieber Jannis für deine Gastfreundschaft, wir kommen gerne wieder!
