Friendly host and prompt communication both before and during stay. Location is in the middle of old town and balcony is a great spot to sit and while away the day and night people watching :) Great windows keep the noise away.

Nothing really to complain. Maybe the window curtains could be upgraded but this is if one is being really really picky.

Everything was fine. A bit noisy in the evening…. But we expected that based on the location in the mittle of Chania. The sofabed was a little hard. But thats a detail.
