Die Nähe zum Meer ist toll.

Es könnte etwas mehr Ablagen geben, insbesondere im Bad. Dass auf dem Nachbargrundstück am Wochenende laute Musik bis nachts um 1 Uhr war, hat uns zumindest überrascht.
