Chania Locals Rooftop

Clean, practical studio apartment perched on the top floor surrounded by a massive, beautifully decorated roof terrace. Technically the terrace is partly shared by the building but we always had the whole space to ourselves. The apartment itself is a small space but has everything you need including a fridge, stove and oven. AC works decently well and, since it's high up (be aware there's no lift, need to climb several flights of stairs) it was also well ventilated by just the breeze even in summer when we stayed. Nice coffee shop, bakery and supermarket all within a minute walk. Easy to find street parking outside but still within walking distance of Chania (~30 mins) so a good option if you're renting a car.

The shower in the bathroom is comically small, which I guess has to be given the size of the room. Not a big deal just a bit annoying.

We stayed only one night, but we truly loved the place and we wish we could have stayed longer to visit all the places Eftychia recommended around town! The view from the terrace is unbeatable! The rooftop apartment was small but great for a short stay like ours.

Eftychia is a perfect and lovely host! She provided us with a very helpful information about the city, beaches and everything we needed for a pleasant vacation 😃 we’d completely recommend it

The hostess, Eftychia is lovely and very helpful. The apartment is well-equipped but a bit dated and smallish. We loved the rooftop terrace with beautiful views.

Comfortable bed! Host welcoming and gave great recommendations. Nice view of ocean from bathroom window while you take a shower. It was small but perfect have everything we needed, pleasant walk to the main centre. Liked that there was fresh towels available as needed. Good coffee shops close by.
