THALIA APARTMENTS CHANlA

We loved staying at the Thalia apartment. The view and proximity to the beach were amazing. It was in easy walking distance to the old town area and many good restaurants close by.

My stay here was one of the best I’ve ever had on vacation. The property was even better than pictured. Every little detail that matters when you’re traveling was provided for. The apartment had postcard views of the sea from the two balconies and beautiful views of the mountains from the kitchen. The neighborhood the property is located in was very charming. We enjoyed the local feel of the neighborhood more than the tourist area of the harbor. We felt extremely safe here. The apartment and the building was immaculate! There is also a wonderful cafe/restaurant directly across the street with a small menu that has some of the best food I’ve ever had in my life. I cannot recommend this property enough!

The apartment is new and is well equipped for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It is very large with 3 balconies to enjoy the views of the beach, which is a 1 minute walk. There are some wonderful restaurants, cafes, bakery and all within a 1 or 2 minute walk. There is an off-street carpark right at the entrance to the apartment. The host was very friendly and is regularly onsite if you need assistance. This was one of the best apartments we have stayed in and highly recommend it to anyone who wants a first class apartment at a very reasonable price within 15 minutes walk of the old Chania town.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Very good location, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, minus a microwave, shower gel, shampoo and laundry detergent provided. Check in was easy using a lock box. Check out even easier by leaving the keys in the apartment and just pulling the door. Host was very attentive, always asking if we needed anything, responding to questions or requests very quickly. Had a good time here, would recommend.

Shower stall kind of small.

If you travel a lot, you stay in different apartments and forget most of them. But Thalia really leaves a lasting impression. The sea views and the sunsets were incredible. A beach is 1 minute away and you can take a walk on a lovely promenade that leads right to the city center. The tavern nearby serves amazing seafood. Good coffee shops and bakeries are just on the next corner. There's another spot ("Blend") 15 minutes away that serves some of the best coffee around. The host Michael was truly special. You can tell he puts his heart and soul into making sure his guests experience Chania in the best way possible and feel at home. His hospitality goes above and beyond. I'm really grateful.

Everything was fabulous - new apartment huge place with all the facilities. Close to beach and 20 min walk to old Chania town. Michalias the host was fantastic

It get like home as it had all basic amenities along with a lovely location by the sea
