綺麗な施設で、また利用したいです

当日鍵の受け取り方についてのメールをしたら、すぐ返信していただき助かりました。URLを開いたらすぐ確認できるものと思い込んでいたのですが、たまに開かないことがあるらしく。 こちらの確認不足でした。 また、洗濯機や浴室乾燥機もあり便利でした。

いかにも外国人という匂いがします。 換気してもとれないくらいです。 子供たちも戸惑っていました。

Clean and very close to metro station. Well appointed kitchen with full size cooking top and fridge. It would be a very nice apartment for 2 people.

Very cramped for 4 people. Sofa bed is a very small double bed. There is no dining table as shown in the picture. It’s a small desk with a single computer chair.

Washing machine and bathroom humidifier. Close to station.

Despite requesting this numerous times, we never received the check-in procedures. The Google Map location is wrong, this wasted 45 minutes in the rain. Once we arrived at the right address, we were not able to get into the apartment. This took another hour to sort out with the help of a neigbour staying in the same block of flats. Completely unacceptable.
