NEW 2020 Residencial Aqua Beach -Apartment Torrevieja Center

The property had a luxurious feel and was exactly what we all needed from that point of view. The host was very kind and let us check in early at no extra cost due to our circumstances, I was very grateful for this.

There was no toilet roll or soap at the property.

Easy commuminication. Very good A/C!!! Nice terrace. Nice kitchen. Clean and nice apartment!

We can hear sounds from upstairs bathroom. Pool is a litlle bit small for adults, but for city centre is good enough.

La ubicación del apartamento es buena, a un par de calles de la playa. La piscina en la azotea muy tranquila, aunque las hamacas casi todas rotas. El piso en si era muy completo. Cómodo, limpio, buena cocina y terraza. El aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien. Incluía plaza de garaje que aunque un poco incomoda de meter el coche, se agradece.

La única pega que pondría es que la salida del apartamento es a las 11. Preguntamos si podíamos salir más tarde ya que no entraban nuevos huéspedes ese día y no lo aceptaron. Se hubiera agradecido un poco más de flexibilidad.

The apartment is bright, spacious, modern and very well equipped. Very easy check-in arrangements, good contact by apartment manager/owner, who was lovely and v helpful. The balcony is shady most of the day, which actually makes it really nice to sit out. Close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. The rooftop pool is a bonus, but more on that below. There is a parking space for a car - a real bonus as parking on the street would be virtually impossible. It's tight in the garage though, don't get a big car would be my advice!

The rooftop pool is gorgeous, but unfortunately our time using this facility was ruined by the self-appointed swimming pool police - aka a resident who clearly loathes the holiday renters and thinks that because she lives there (her favourite refrain "I LIVE HERE'). Basically, it doesn't matter if you follow all the pool rules, she will pop out of her box if you swim too loudly. I'm not joking. She said (during one of our many interactions), "The pool is not for fun, but for recreation." It was constant. Frankly, it bordered on harrassment with her threats to call both the police and the apartment rental company. I called her out at that point and told her to go ahead - I would have made a formal complaint to the police for harrassment - and ultimately i think that is what it will take to make her stop. She is solely the reason I would not rebook this apartment, because everything else was really good. I would imagine if you had little children, she'd make your life a misery.

The appartment was wonderful, it was spacious with all you needed to make it a great stay From a teaspoon to a washing machine it had everything you needed it was spotlessly clean The appartment block had a husband and wife who were caretakers they were very friendly and took the time to show us all the facilities and how they worked, the roof top terrace with pool was exactly as we expected very clean and well maintained

The appartments outside seating area was nice but didn't ever get the sun There is parking facilities but even for the best of drivers it's very awkward to get in and out due to steep slope, tight entrance and parked cars on the road outside and once in its very restricted for space
