Grande ospitalità, bellissima stanza e giardino

Room upgrade and baked bread was a real treat. Hostess was super helpful over WhatsApp and gave us lots of ideas for activities.

It has the feel of a hostel/backpacker with the communal outdoor kitchen and pool, which was perfect for us but if you are looking for something more private then consider other options

Had a stopover to spend the night and the really made sure I was take care of. Great experience, nice room. May be the best experience I had with booking.com!

Everything was handled beautifully, from booking the accommodation to checking out. Although Karen, the owner, was on leave, she remained in contact throughout our stay. Despite her absence, we truly experienced her personal touch until the very end. The staff welcomed us warmly, even treating us to freshly baked homemade bread. My husband and I had the pleasure of enjoying exclusive use of the manor house, which made our stay feel especially private and relaxing. The guesthouse itself has a lovely, fresh, open farm atmosphere that is both peaceful and inviting. Breakfast was absolutely divine. 🍞🌾🏡🏠 We fell in love with Bailey.🐕🦮🐕‍🦺

A characterful property surrounded by lovely gardens. Staff went out of their way to give us a warm welcome and look after us during our stay. A spacious suite of rooms with pleasant outside space to relax. Karen's help and information about what to do in the area was much appreciated.

The bathroom was somewhat dated.

It was excellent
