Seafront Luxury Apartment

The location was perfect. I could walk to wherever I wanted to go. Thankfully the weather was dry abit cold. Valerie was fantastic couldn't have asked for a better host. Whenever she saw me she said if I needed anything just to ask. Would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Enjoyed it so much would love to retire there or somewhere similar. What a lovely view too look out at every morning especially if didn't have to leave it too go to work ha ha x x x

Super dejlig sted. Lidt larm fra biler om aften og dagen men stille om natten og en selfølgelig fordi den ligger op til cleethorpes strand. Lys skøn moderne lejlighed med flot køkken og badeværelset og dejlig udsigt, og en perfekt beliggenhed. Vi var meget tilfreds og kommer helt sikkert tilbage. Really well appointed apartment. All the facilities are top notch. The view from the windows over the beach are great and it's only a short walk to all the facilities and attractions.

Absolutely fantastic, Valerie was an awesome host, location spot and we’ve stayed in some awesome places but this was the best cleanliness unbelievable. Views couldn’t get better nice walk to the town centre we will definitely be booking again that’s if it’s not fully booked.

On the third floor.

Location good with view of the sea, a bit of a walk (but doable) into the centre of town. Easy access to buses. Lovely welcome from our hosts, apartment was modern, clean, spacious and comfortable. Had everything we needed. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend Seafront Luxury Apartments.

An absolute gem! The apartment has double aspect sea views, allowing you to immerse yourself in the changing of the tides from the comfort of the sofa, the dining table, and even from the bed. It really is a luxury apartment, with beautiful furnishings and a high quality kitchen and bathroom. the bathroom has a rainfall style shower with good water pressure and genuinely hot water. The kitchen is fully equipped kitchen with a range style cooker, fridge, washing machine… additional touches such as soft close cupboards, dimmer switch lighting, high quality cotton bedding, and much more, all combine to give the feel of something more than a cut above most places. The hosts were warm and welcoming on arrival, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again if it was available - I imagine it’s in high demand!

Others have mentioned noise from the road, and whilst this can be heard, it wasn’t particularly obtrusive. I simply put background music or a podcast on low volume. There is a fan provided if you’d prefer to keep the windows closed to minimise the road noise, and overnight the road was largely empty and quiet. The only minor improvement for me would be better wi-fi, as I had to hotspot from my phone in order to be able to do most things, including sending emails etc. However having had to use that particular broadband provider before, I know all too well there’s probably little the hosts could do about it!
