Lovely Sea Front House in Cleethorpes on Beachfront sleeps up-to 6

On the sea front. It was easy to find and park (March). Recently painted. Clean and comfortable. Very good value for money.

Next door to a pub so some noise in the evening but not beyond 11 No teaspoons or sharp knives in the kitchen and corkscrew broken Heating in the bathroom isn't great, just the towel rail The description has some foibles, you can sit at the picnic table next to the bins outside the front door. I assume the on site bar is the pub next door and the heated swimming pool is the leisure centre down the road! The facilities it does have are good.

Perfect , and the support was top notch, clean , parking was not too difficult at all. The sea view was lovely , very quiet . And we are definitely going back . Thank you .

Only not having allocated parking space. But that was not a big issue at all as there is free parking on the street .

This apartment is just what we was looking for it was spacious 2bedroom appartment with sea views

Everything thought out just in case you forgot something. Clean. Warm, and the DVDs a lovely touch

Lovely spacious comfy apartment well situated for beach and town . It was clean and modern also well equipped with quality fixtures and fittings.

The waste bin in the en suite toilet had sanitary waste from the previous occupant. Also the advert was misleading for thia apartment , it stated indoor heated swimming pool and Balcony , that didnt exist. It was not clear allthough ot was a little difficult to believe ?

The apartment was very spacious, lovely big kitchen, overlooking the beach and very easy walking distance to all amenities

As soon as you open the door to the apartment you smell the damp, they had an air freshener at the front door as you walk in that was empty. The bathroom floor needs taking up, it was covered in mould what has come through the lino. In the main bedroom there is a toilet and a sink, the toilet makes a racket when you flush the chain

Excellent location, clean, tidy, comfortable. Great communication from the owner
